Work
From the classroom to the command line — here’s the path, the projects, and the roles that shaped how I think about building things.
2015 — 2022
The Teacher
I spent seven years teaching science at a 6-12 charter school for first-generation college-bound students. I learned systems thinking from running a classroom, product thinking from designing curricula, and listening from 800+ students who deserved to be heard.
2022
The Pivot
In 2022 I moved into product management at an early-stage EdTech AI startup. The skills translated more than I expected — teaching is product work in disguise.
2022 — present
The Builder
Today I’m still building in EdTech and AI, and increasingly building my own things on the side. I believe the best product people are perpetual learners.
