- What happens after the free month?
- Your first 30 days are free, with no card up front. After that Ruxpin is $5.99/mo, billed through your Apple ID. You choose to subscribe in the app when you're ready.
- How do I cancel?
- Anytime, from Settings on your iPhone (your name → Subscriptions). Your subscription lives with your Apple ID. Cancel and you keep access through the end of the period.
- How does Family Sharing work?
- One subscription covers up to five more people in your Apple Family, each with their own private, separate record. Turn on Family Sharing for the subscription in Settings.
- Does it work with paper, Kindle, or audiobooks?
- Yes. Ruxpin files a thought to the book, not the format. Speak while reading on paper, on a Kindle, or mid-audiobook.
- How do refunds work?
- Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Request a refund through Apple's report-a-problem page.
