Your trial and subscription

Every new record starts with a 30-day full-access trial, with no card and nothing to cancel. The countdown starts the day you sign up, and Home shows a quiet line as the end approaches.
After the trial, Ruxpin is $5.99/month for everything: capture, your Library, Rux, search, and the Reader tab. There's no separate free tier. If the trial lapses, your record is kept safe and the app unlocks again when you subscribe.
Subscribing
Tap the trial line on Home, or the Free month row on your Profile. The purchase runs through the App Store; the price you see in the app is the store's price. Family Sharing is supported.
Managing or canceling
The Subscribed row on your Profile opens Apple's subscription sheet. Cancel there any time and your access runs to the end of the paid period. (The same sheet lives in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.)
Restoring
New phone, reinstalled app, or the purchase isn't showing? Use Restore purchases on the subscribe screen. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that bought it.
Offer codes
Have a code? Redeem a code on the subscribe screen opens Apple's redemption sheet.
Billing questions we can't see from here (receipts, refunds) are handled by Apple, but contact us if anything looks wrong and we'll help you chase it.
